Piston Ported is not immune to these constant stresses so to help focus things more we went ahead and stuck P-Nut and the Piston Ported team into a nuclear fallout shelter a few years ago. We gave him explicit instructions to figure out what his plans were going to be for the site and his brand before we went ahead and slapped a padlock on the outside door and told him we weren't going to open it until:
A: He learns how to behave in public. That means no more running around and offering strangers deviled ham in a can or blasting Dio on his boombox outside of coffee shops and screaming at anyone who takes offense. This was honestly the most important item on the list as you really can't take him anywhere without it turning into an incident where the cops get involved.
B: Decide what he wants to do with this stupid website he's been running for 42 years.
Well it took a lot longer than expected (Not really as he's stubborn as a goat and honestly very hard to reason with), but after a few years and lots and lots of cans of Beanie Weenies from the Shelter's pantry, him and his team of miscreants has emerged with a renewed focus.
What's that mean for you? Well first and foremost, you don't have to constantly be afraid he's going to call you at 3am to chat about El Caminos and trick-ass Subaru Brats. It also means that Piston Ported got a surge of investment, which P-Nut has used to select a variety of products that his team feels will expand the portfolio and further serve the scootering market here in North America.
Without all the hubbub, this basically means we are now the largest retailer of scooter riding apparel in North America. We will also begin restocking a lot of the parts that you can only find here and adding a lot of parts you could not find here before. Don't believe us?
